David allen- Lead pastor
In 2012 David got the call (a literal phone call) to leave his place of birth in Glendora, Ca and to come to Ukiah to be the Youth Intern for 3 months over the summer. Long story short, he’s still here. God turned that 3 month internship into a full-time job as FBU’s Discipleship/Youth Pastor. As of June 2023, David has become FBU’s Lead Pastor. Since moving to Ukiah, David met and married his wife, Jocelyn, and together they have a daughter, Addisyn, and a son Hudson. David loves to teach scripture and lead people of all ages to an obedient and deeper relationship with Jesus, rooted in the gospel. He enjoys all things San Francisco Giants, San Antonio Spurs, Superman and Psych the TV show.
Zach dison- Associate pastor
In September of 2016, Zach Dison moved from Auburn, Alabama to join the FBU family as our Worship Pastor! He has a Communication degree from Auburn University, is currently working on his masters degree at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has been a worship pastor since 2013. Zach enjoys banana pudding, long-distance running, ultimate frisbee, and music (obviously). More importantly, he delights in the Lord and seeks to lead others in worshiping Him. His passion is teaching God's people how to express their love for Him freely in response to discovering His character.
